Common Issues

Subscription & Billing

  • Managing your subscription: Go to iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Jumo
  • Refund requests: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
  • Canceling your subscription: Open iOS Settings > Subscriptions > Jumo > Cancel Subscription

Account Issues

  • Can't sign in: Make sure you're using the same sign-in method (Google or Apple) you used when creating your account
  • Delete your account: Email us at contact@heyjumo.com with your request

Apple Health Integration

  • Syncing issues: Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Jumo to manage permissions
  • Enable/disable sync: Open Jumo > Settings > Health Settings

App Issues

  • App crashes or freezes: Try force-closing the app and reopening it
  • Features not working: Make sure you're running the latest version of Jumo from the App Store
  • Photo upload issues: Check that Jumo has camera and photo library permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security
